Prior to the first appointment, you will receive a questionnaire by email that you can easily fill out online. With this information, I will gain insight into your complaints and health problem, which makes it easier to draw up an effective treatment plan.
During the first appointment, the questionnaire will be discussed and I will go into more detail about your complaint, medical history and lifestyle. Then I will also conduct an examination of the body for disorders in mobility. Using my hands I can feel where the movement disorders are located. It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing for this.
During the examination I look at the functioning of your entire body. In this way I map the functioning of your muscles, joints, spine, digestion, stress system and immune system. This gives me a clear picture of how your body functions and which connections are responsible for your health problem. With these findings I draw up a treatment plan that is discussed with you.
